WS100 – Radar Rain Gauge
The WS100 is a modern radar rain gauge that uses Doppler radar for non-contact precipitation measurement. Unlike traditional tipping-bucket or weighing rain gauges, it contains no mechanical parts, which significantly reduces maintenance requirements and increases long-term reliability.
The sensor measures both instantaneous precipitation intensity and cumulative total and can detect both rain and snowfall. Thanks to its digital output, it is suitable for integration into professional weather stations and telemetry systems.
