Pump Control

Automatic pump control allows you to maintain the desired pressure, flow rate, or water level without the need for manual operation. This solution is suitable for water supply systems, swimming pools, retention tanks, irrigation systems, and other applications where water supply needs to be regulated.

Pressure and Flow Control
The system controls pump operation based on current values and allows the desired pressure or flow to be maintained
Automatic Pump Rotation
The “Standby” function automatically rotates the pumps and takes a malfunctioning pump out of service in the event of a failure
Dry-run protection
Monitoring of operating parameters protects the pump from running without sufficient water

How it works

How It Works

The control unit continuously monitors pressure, flow, level, and other parameters and automatically turns the pumps on and off based on these values. In multi-pump systems, automatic rotation can be used—if one pump fails, the system automatically switches to another and notifies the operator via text message.

Software

CloudFM – A GOOD APP IS ESSENTIAL

The app is connected to devices that control the pump and collect pressure data. This data is then uploaded to a server and stored in a database that users can access via a web browser. The app then converts the data into statistics, and you, as the user, can view all the information in a visually appealing format through maps, graphs, and tables. You can customize the entire interface to suit your exact needs —including graphical customization, changes to operating parameters, or the creation of forms, among other features. The application also supports exports to several data formats and features an alert system that notifies you if any threshold values are exceeded or in the event of an emergency. CloudFM can also be expanded to include a SCADA control center in the form of process screens. All of this operates in an easy-to-use environment that you can manage from a computer, smartphone, or tablet.

Pump Control

The app allows you to monitor pressure and flow control, pump status, and other operational parameters. The control unit automatically turns the pumps on and off according to the set values, ensures they operate in a regular rotation, and protects them against dry running. In the event of a pump failure, the system automatically removes the affected pump from the rotation and notifies the operator via a warning text message or the app.
