Measurement of the Chemical Properties of Water

The chemical properties of water have a significant impact on its use, quality, and safety. FIEDLER AMS offers solutions for measuring and monitoring the chemical properties of water, with the option of automatic alerts and direct intervention in process control.

Continuous measurement
pH, dissolved oxygen, redox potential, conductivity, temperature, ammonia
Automatic warning system
SMS or online alerts when set limits are exceeded
Automatic response
E.g., increasing the dosage of neutralizing solution
How it works

How It Works

The measured data is automatically transferred to the CloudFM application, where it is displayed and archived. The solution is available with a calibration unit (for facilities requiring regular calibration) or without one (for field installations in ponds, reservoirs, and waterways).

Where to Use It • Wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) • Public swimming pools • Reservoirs and tanks • Extensive aquatic ecosystems

CloudFM – A GOOD APP IS ESSENTIAL

The app is connected to devices that collect data on the chemical properties of water (pH, ammonia, dissolved oxygen, etc.), and this data is then uploaded to a server and archived in a database that users can access via a web browser. The application processes all measured data, which it then converts into statistics; as a user, you can view this data in a visually appealing format through graphs and tables, and you can customize the entire interface to suit your exact needs —including graphical customization, changes to operating parameters, or the creation of forms, among other features. The application also supports exports to several data formats and features an alert system that notifies you if any threshold values are exceeded or in the event of an emergency. CloudFM can also be expanded to include a SCADA control center in the form of process screens. All of this operates in an easy-to-use environment that you can manage from a computer, smartphone, or tablet.

Application

Measurement of the Chemical Properties of Water

The system allows for continuous monitoring of pH, dissolved oxygen, redox potential, conductivity, temperature, and other water parameters. The measured data is automatically transmitted to a web application, where trends can be analyzed using graphs and tables. If the set values are exceeded, the system alerts the user and, if necessary, can also use the measured values to automatically control related equipment.
