How It Works

The FIEDLER AMS solution covers the entire chain, from water treatment plants through pumping stations to water storage tanks. Thanks to continuous monitoring, malfunctions can be quickly identified, along with their extent and exact location. Individual facilities can be connected into a single centralized system that provides an overview of the entire drinking water supply.

Software

CloudFM – A GOOD APP IS ESSENTIAL

The app is connected to sensors that collect data from the aquatic environment; this data is then uploaded to a server and archived in a database that users can access via a web browser. The application processes all measured water quality data and other information, which it then converts into statistics. As a user, you can view this data in a visually appealing format through graphs and tables, and you can customize the entire interface to suit your exact needs —including graphical customization, changes to operating parameters, or the creation of forms and more. The application also supports exports to several data formats and features an alert system that notifies you if any threshold values are exceeded or in the event of an emergency. CloudFM can also be expanded to include a SCADA control center in the form of process screens. All of this operates in an easy-to-use environment that you can manage from a computer, smartphone, or tablet.

The system allows for continuous monitoring of water quality, water levels, and the operational status of the water treatment plant’s equipment. It also enables automatic control of pumps and other motors, regulation of water levels in the filters, and monitoring of their operation and malfunctions. This gives the user an overview of the entire water treatment plant’s operations and enables a timely response to emergencies.

H1 - Hydro Logger

The Hydro Logger H1 expands the line of small telemetry stations manufactured by FIEDLER. The GPRS data logger is suitable for collecting data from sites with or without mains power and wherever it is sufficient to transmit measured data to a server at longer intervals, typically once a day (the data logger’s internal battery is rated for 4,000 data sessions). Once preset threshold values are reached, data transmission and warning SMS messages are activated immediately. When using an external power source (12 V battery, AC adapter), the frequency of data transmission is not limited in any way.
