Wastewater Treatment Plant Management

The collection of wastewater and stormwater involves a network of pipes, pumps, and control components. FIEDLER AMS offers equipment for monitoring and controlling pumps, with options for automatic and remote control as well as continuous operational monitoring.

Local and remote control
of pumps, including automatic switching and a "standby" function in case of failure
Remote configuration

High durability
And a long service life with low acquisition and operating costs
How it works

How It Works

The unit alternates the operation of individual pumps in a preset sequence based on the water level in the sump. In the event of a malfunction, the unit removes the pump from the rotation cycle and sends a warning text message. The pumping station can also be controlled remotely based on the wastewater treatment plant’s load to ensure that the volume of water pumped does not exceed the permitted limit.

Where to Use It • Pump control in a pumping sump • Determining the total daily volume of wastewater • Monitoring pH, inflows, water levels, and operating hours

Software

CloudFM – A GOOD APP IS ESSENTIAL

The app is connected to devices that collect data from gas stations; this data is then uploaded to a server and archived in a database that users can access via a web browser. The application processes all measured data, which it then converts into statistics; as a user, you can view this data in a visually appealing format through graphs and tables, and you can customize the entire interface to suit your exact needs —including visual customization, changes to operating parameters, or the creation of forms, among other features. The application also supports exports to several data formats and features an alert system that notifies you if any threshold values are exceeded or in the event of an emergency. All of this operates in an easy-to-use environment that you can manage from a computer, smartphone, or tablet.

Wastewater Treatment Plant Management

The system allows for continuous monitoring of gas station operations, the liquid level in the sumps, and the status of individual pumps. It also ensures automatic pump rotation, pump control, and a fail-over function in the event of a malfunction. Users have access to both current and historical data and are automatically notified in the event of an emergency.
