Water Monitoring and Control in Public Swimming Pools

How it works

How It Works

Sensors installed in the pool and process tanks continuously monitor the water level, flow rate, pressure, temperature, pH, redox potential, and chlorine content. The FIEDLER AMS telemetry unit controls pumps and other equipment based on preset parameters and detects abnormal conditions (pump failure, leaks, pressure drops, etc.). The “Backup” function automatically activates a backup pump in the event of a pump failure and notifies the operator via SMS. Data is available in the CloudFM web application or in the CloudFM SCADA system.

The app is connected to sensors that collect data from the pool environment; this data is then uploaded to a server and archived in a database that users can access via a web browser. The app processes all measured data on water quality and other parameters, which it then converts into statistics. As a user, you can view this data in a visually appealing format through graphs and tables, and you can customize the entire interface to suit your exact needs. The application also supports exports to several data formats and features an alert system that notifies you if any threshold values are exceeded or in the event of an emergency. CloudFM can also be expanded to include a SCADA control center in the form of process screens. All of this operates within an easy-to-use environment that you can manage from a computer, smartphone, or tablet.

Users have an overview of the operation of technical components, any incidents, and instances where set limits are exceeded. The system also supports automatic water level control, as well as the control of pumps and other technical equipment. The application can be accessed from a computer, smartphone, or tablet.
