The SPA-5A0-4 sensors can also be used to measure flow in open channels and spillways. Thanks to its high IP68 protection rating, the level sensor can be submerged without damage. The level sensors’ narrow beam angle of 5–7° ensures reliable level measurement even in confined spaces.
The standard electrical connection consists of a 5-meter-long cable, with lengths available up to 30 meters. In addition to the standard 4–20 mA analog output, the SPA series of level transmitters also features HART communication.
